Our journey at Lodden Land Co. began with a lifelong love for the land itself. For 12 years, I refined my real estate expertise while working for a home builder, quietly building a successful land acquisition and sales portfolio on the side. This deep-seated passion for creating value—whether through careful subdivision or thoughtful enhancement—ultimately led me to take the exhilarating leap into full-time land investing.
Our mission is to transform raw acreage into dream properties for families. We achieve this by expertly subdividing strategically located land to unlock its full potential, and meticulously enhancing undervalued hunting properties with essential features like food plots, watering holes, treestand placement, and improved access.

In 2017, we acquired a 13-acre parcel and subdivided it into four lots. We then sold one lot and subsequently built and sold homes on the remaining three.

In 2021, we acquired a 120-acre parcel which we managed and utilized for one hunting season before successfully selling it in 2023.

In 2023, we acquired a 40-acre parcel. Within six months, we strategically subdivided and sold 6 acres, successfully recouping the majority of our investment while retaining the remaining 34 acres

In the fall of 2024, we acquired a 100-acre parcel and subdivided it into five separate parcels. Three of these five parcels are already sold, and we anticipate selling the remaining two within the one-year mark from acquisition.

In December of 2024, we acquired a 7.05-acre parcel through off-market channels. Within 60 days, we sold it and successfully doubled our investment.

What's next for us? We're on the hunt for our next strategic property acquisition – one with the same potential as our previous projects.
